Who We Are

I have had many titles over the last 25 years; Life Coach, Life Strategist, Spiritual Director, Counselor. Basically, I enjoy and am passionate about people and their life journeys. We are all in motion and as we move, we often times hit turbulence, or bumps in the road. Transition, as beneficial as it is, can also be extremely frightening. Transition is not familiar physically, spiritually, or emotionally. We all need assistance sometimes. That’s where I believe I’m the most effective. I like helping people through the rough places and assisting them in the process of learning to stand and ultimately walk through their transition.

I’m the mother of two grown daughters, a grandmother of six precious grandchildren. I’ve been married to my husband Bob for 42 years. My primary training has been my own life experience.

I grew up in Oklahoma City as the youngest daughter of three. Success in my family meant serving others and being useful to society, both of which solidified my personality Type 2.

Coaching tennis, volunteer work, motherhood and being an indulgent grandmother are some of my pursuits and passions.  As healthy as these activities have been, they contributed to keeping my focus outward rather than inward.

Several years ago I began to desire a deeper spiritual life. This eventually led to my discovery and practice of the contemplative life, a pursuit that has an emphasis on encountering God and being encountered by Him.  I discovered that the Enneagram enhanced this encounter by enabling me to experience not only God, the Artist, but the person He has created, His masterpiece.

I continue to pursue this passion and am currently involved in a School of Spiritual Direction.

I am a Wife and Mother to two (now adult) children. My background is in Special Education and I am a Teacher at heart. I cherish new revelations about myself and Life. I am blessed beyond measure with deep friendships and a family made up of people who will fight the good fight to keep love alive.

Since a young girl, I remember frequent conversations with God. I had an inner knowing that there was something or SomeOne outside myself to Whom I wanted to be close. I have always desired being deeply known. We all have this inside of us, even when we’re not aware of it tugging at us at every turn.

I am a certified Enneagram teacher and am above and beyond excited to share this tool of awareness with others in my community.

2 Corinthians 3:17-18

The Voice (VOICE)

17 By “the Lord” what I mean is the Spirit, and in any heart where the Spirit of the Lord is present, there is liberty. 18 Now all of us, with our faces unveiled, reflect the glory of the Lord as if we are mirrors; and so we are being transformed, metamorphosed, into His same image from one radiance of glory to another, just as the Spirit of the Lord accomplishes it.
